Well, spoilers:
A murdered cat. A little girl crying over it. I can't remember how graphic it was, except it was obvious what had happened to it. It was unexpected and I was... well, disturbed. I don't think you got to see it happen, and since this is DW, I doubt it was extremely graphic -- I've blocked that part out.
