Coming this Sunday, hosted by sarah531 and
ladymercury_10!
Missing the Ponds already? You're not alone! We figured the world could always use more Amy/Rory fic, and especially after this Saturday. Whether you want something fluffy to cheer you up, something angsty for all your finale-induced tears, or just more Amy and Rory in general, you're more than welcome at the Amy/Rory Cheer-Up Comment-A-Thon! As is always true of ficathons, the more, the merrier--please do stop by, whether to prompt, write, or read! The more people we can get to participate, the better, so if you'd like to help promote, feel free to reblog this post on Tumblr or spread the word wherever you like!
A ficathon post will go up Sunday afternoon (UTC time zone). More details to follow soon!

Date: 2012-09-27 12:22 am (UTC)The Doctor, Amy, and Rory visit a world where humans don't physically age past 12 years old. All the adults on the planet look like kids. But now they discover that 400 people have mysteriously vanished, and the Doctor and the Ponds must join forces with the local Sheriff and the military to route an alien invasion by one of the Doctor's old enemies.
This is written as if it's an episode, or a Doctor Who novel.
And if you want some Christmas fun with the Ponds, read "Wherever it's Christmas (http://betawho.livejournal.com/25578.html)" where Amy decides they have to celebrate Christmas in the Tardis, and they have a very timey-wimey Christmas as they hunt for a Christmas tree, go Christmas shopping at Macy's in the 1890's, cook Christmas dinner in the Tardis' trans dimensional kitchen, and receive a very special Christmas gift, from a very unexpected source.
